Ingredients:
Bacon
flour
Instructions:
Line bacon sheet with tin foil for easy cleanup. Preheat oven to 375.
Put some flour in ziploc bag, put bacon slices in and shake really good.
Take bacon out, shake off excess flour and put it on baking sheet.
Cook for 10 minutes, flip, and cook another 10 minutes or until crispy as you like.
Hardly any shrinkage and bacon has a delicious crust on it.
