Amish Sour Cream Cornbread*

Ingredients:

• 1 cup cornmeal

• 1 cup all-purpose flour

• 1/4 cup sugar

• 1 tbsp baking powder

• 1/2 tsp salt

• 1 cup sour cream

• 1/2 cup milk

• 1/4 cup melted butter

• 2 large eggs

How to Make It:

Preheat oven to 400°F and grease an 8-inch square pan.

Mix together dry ingredients.

In a separate bowl, whisk together wet ingredients.

Combine both mixtures, stir well, and pour into the pan.

Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.

Tip: Add cheddar cheese, corn, or jalapeños for extra flavor!
