Ingredients:
1 stick of melted butter (or a little less)
4-5 boneless chicken breasts, boiled
1 cup flour
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1 cup milk
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 cups chicken broth
salt and pepper
cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350.
Boil and chop up chicken breasts.
Lightly spray bottom of 9×13 dish with cooking spray.
Line bottom of dish with chopped chicken.
Pour melted butter over chicken.
Combine flour, baking powder, and salt. Add milk and mix (whisk) well.
Pour this over the chicken and butter.

Combine cream of chicken soup and chicken broth.
Once combined, pour over the chicken.
Bake at 350 for at least one hour. I usually bake 15 minutes longer to make it more crust-like on top. It will have liquid in it when it comes out, so don’t think it’s not ready.

Add a roll and side salad to complete the meal.
