Bacon Brown Sugar Chicken Tenders

Ingredients:

1 pound chicken tenders (about 8-10 pieces. I cut chicken breasts in half long-ways)

8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled

1/2 cup brown sugar

1 tsp paprika

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

cooking spray

Directions:

Preheat oven 375. Line baking sheet with aluminum foil and lightly grease with cooking spray.

In a small bowl, mix together brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.

Place chicken tenders on prepared baking sheet and sprinkle brown sugar mixture evenly over tenders, coating well. (I roll them in the mixture instead)

Sprinkle crumbled bacon pieces over the seasoned chicken tenders.

Bake 25-10 minutes.
