Crockpot Ranch Chicken Sandwiches

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts

1 packet ranch seasoning mix (I use 3/4 packet so it’s less salty)

1/2 cup ranch dressing

1/4 cup chicken broth

1 tablespoon olive oil

6 sandwich buns – toasted is also good

Optional toppings: shredded lettuce, sliced tomato, cheese, pickles, bacon

Steps to Make:

Prep the Chicken: Place chicken breasts in the crock pot. Drizzle with olive oil, then sprinkle ranch seasoning mix over the chicken. Pour ranch dressing and chicken broth over the top.

Cook: Cover and cook on low for 6-7 hours or until the chicken is tender and easily shreddable.

Shred the Chicken: Once cooked, shred the chicken using two forks, mixing it with the sauce in the crock pot.

Assemble the Sandwiches: Spoon the shredded ranch chicken onto sandwich buns. Top with your favorite toppings, like shredded lettuce, tomato, cheese, bacon or pickles.
