Chicken Bacon Ranch Sliders

Easy & Delicious, Good to take on the go, also for lunch.

Ingredients:

4 cups chicken, cooked and shredded

3/4 cup Ranch dressing

1/2 cup bacon, cooked and crumbled (6-8 slices of bacon – I like more)

3 Tbsp Parmesan cheese

15 Hawaiian sweet rolls (pack comes with 12, so I only use 12 and stuff them higher)

2 cups Cheddar cheese, shredded

1/4 cup butter, melted

1 tsp garlic powder

Instructions:

Preheat 350.

In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, Ranch dressing, bacon, and Parmesan cheese. Stir until combined.

Cut Hawaiian rolls in half horizontally.

Grease 9×13 baking pan and place the bottom half of the bread into the pan.

Place chicken mixture evenly on top of bread.

Sprinkle the cheese evenly on top of the chicken.

Place the top half of the bread of top of cheese to create a sandwhich.

In a small bowl, combined melted butter with garlic powder.

Using a pastry brush, brush the butter on the top of the bread, coating it entirely.

Cover the pan with aluminum foil and place in preheated 350 oven.

Bake for about 30-35 minutes. (If you are using 15 rolls with less stuffing, then the time is probably about 20 minutes.)
