Ingredients:
1/3 cup brown sugar
1 tsp chili flakes (optional, i use slightly less)
1/4 tsp ground ginger
3 Tbsp soy sauce
2 Tbsp cornstarch
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1 or 2 inch strips
Instructions:
Combine brown sugar, chili flakes, ginger, soy sauce and cornstarch in a slow cooker. Whisk until smooth.
Submerge chicken breast pieces in the mixture.
Cover and cook on high for 3 hours.
Serve with rice.
