Ingredients:
1/2 cup pineapple juice
1/2 cup canned coconut milk
1 cup frozen mango
3/4 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 frozen banana
Instructions:
Pour pineapple juice and coconut milk into blender.
Next add frozen mango, pineapple, and banana. Then blend until smooth.
Pour into glasses and enjoy.
Notes:
If coconut milk is thick, you may need to melt it down and stir it together. It should be in liquid form.
If you’d rather use fresh pineapple, add ahandful of ice to keep the consistency creamy.
You may use lite coconut milk (canned) or swap mangoes for strawberries.
