Ingredients
• 1 package strawberry gelatin
• 1 cup butter, softened
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 egg
• 2 ½ cups flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• Hershey’s Kisses (preferably wrapped in red or pink for Valentine’s)
• Powdered sugar
Instructions
Cream butter and sugar, add egg and strawberry gelatin for that sweet, pink hue.
Mix in flour and baking powder.
Roll dough into balls, bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes.
Press a Hershey’s Kiss in the center of each cookie and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
