Italian Stromboli*

* not tested but have used a similar recipe

Ingredients: (may want to double recipe)

1 refrigerated pizza crust about 13 oz (such as Pillsbury)

1 jar pizza sauce

1/4 lb thinly sliced deli ham

1/4 lb sliced deli salami (publix brand not good)

1/4 lb sliced deli pepperoni (publix brand not good)

3 cups grated mozzarella cheese

1 tsp italian seasoning

2 tbsp butter, melted

garlic powder

dried parsley

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400.

Roll pizza crus out onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper and brush with 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce.

Top with layer of ham, followed by 1 cup cheese, then a layer of salami and cheese, then a layer of pepperoni and cheese. Sprinkle on the italian seasoning.

Carefully roll it up, and make sure to pinch all the seams closed.

Brush melted butter on top and sprinkle the garlic powder and parsley on top. Cut some slits on the top to allow the steam to escape while baking.

Let it sit for 5 minutes before slicing. This will allow the cheese to set and make it easier to cut.

Slice it up and serve with warmed up pizza sauce for dipping.
